1. Make meat floss first, boil the meat to remove the blood. I used beef.

2. Cut the cooked meat into strips as thick as your thumb.

3. Add cooking wine, soy sauce, rock sugar, star anise and cinnamon and cook for 50 minutes

4. I use low heat to cook slowly so that the meat has flavor, and I also add a little salt

5. After cooking, take it out and let it cool

6. Tear into shreds. Beef is easy to tear.

7. Put it in a food processor and blend it into puree.

8. Pour the puree made in the food processor into the pot. Heat the pot and fry the meat floss over low heat to dry out the moisture so that the meat floss can be preserved. Otherwise it will break easily

9. Prepare the meat floss and set aside. Then prepare sugar, milk, flour, corn oil, and a little baking powder.

10. Separate the egg white and fish yolk and place them on a plate. Add egg yolk and sugar twice

11. I use an electric egg beater and it only takes a few minutes to beat the eggs. Just beat them until they are white the first time.

12. Add corn oil

13. After beating like this, add the prepared milk and continue to stir evenly

14. Add flour and mix well.

15. Use a rubber spatula to stir the egg yolk paste and flour. Stir up and down. Do not stir in circles. This will make it easier to form gluten. Stir evenly and do not stir for too long.

16. Add half of the sugar to the egg white and continue to stir evenly with a whisk.

17. Stir for 20 minutes and it will look like this.

18. Add the second egg white and continue stirring.

19. Beat until it is very thick. If the whisk does not fall when you lift it up, it is almost done. Don't beat it too hard.

20. Pour the beaten egg white and cream into the egg yolks twice, stir gently, and then add the final egg white and cream. Continue to stir several times.

21. Brush the baking tray with oil

22. Bake in two batches. If there is too much, put half of it in and knock the baking tray hard on the table several times to disperse the bubbles.

23. Preheat the oven for ten minutes, adjust the upper and lower temperatures to 180°C, and bake for twenty minutes, because the baking tray is not full.

25. Place baking paper on the table, turn the baking tray over and place the cake on top of the baking paper.

26. I bought jam instead of condensed milk.

27. Spread a layer of jam on the cake so that the meat floss can be dipped in it.

28. Sprinkle with the prepared meat floss. You can add more if you like.

29. Use wax paper to roll up one side of the cake. Roll it tightly, otherwise it will fall apart when you cut it.

30. Finally, cut it into circles. It tastes very good. But eating too much will easily make you fat, but I still can't help wanting to eat it
