How to make steamed fish

1. Diaozi fish is difficult to raise, and most of the ones bought in the market are wild. Wash with warm water and set aside.

2. Prepare all the materials. The amount of chopped pepper depends on personal preference, the taste is not bad without it.

3. Chop the scallion, garlic, and red pepper together, and cut the ginger into shreds. Chop the green onion leaves and set aside.

4. Add chopped pepper, a little MSG and appropriate amount of peanut oil to the chopped seasoning and mix well. Nowadays, many people are afraid to consume MSG, but there is no need to worry. MSG is made from grains and there is no harm in using it appropriately.

5. Prepare Huadiao wine and fish sauce.

6. Place the dried fish on a plate and top with shredded ginger. Pour a little Huadiao wine and fish sauce on it, and add some light soy sauce depending on your personal taste.

7.Spread the chili seasoning.

8. After the water boils, put it into the pot and start steaming. Steam over high heat for 25 minutes.

9. After steaming, turn off the heat, sprinkle the green onions on top, cover the pot to evaporate the green onion flavor, making it more fragrant.
