How to make homemade spicy pork floss

1. Take out a piece of lean meat from the soup, tear it into strips lengthwise with your hands, or use a rolling pin to crush it to make it easier to tear. It is usually better to do this while watching a drama.

9. Spread the meat floss as flat as possible and let it cool naturally. I spread it directly in the pot to cool. Be sure to wait until it is completely cooled before bottling and sealing.
