8. Cut the coriander into sections and mix it with carrots and vermicelli. Add salt, MSG, sugar, soy sauce and vinegar to the fried red chili to make the sauce.

9. Pour the sauce over the prepared carrot vermicelli and mix well. If you have cooked peanuts, you can mix them together, but if you don’t have them, that’s fine too.
