9. When the green pepper changes color slightly (becomes soft), pour in the chicken heart and continue to stir-fry for about one minute.

10. Add appropriate amount of light soy sauce. Add two drops of dark soy sauce to adjust the color. Add chicken stock.

11. Serve! Doesn’t it look appetizing? It goes well with rice!
