Baoluo rice noodles: Mont Blanc is a famous local snack in Hainan. It is made of rice and vermicelli with a variety of condiments such as soup. It got this name because the production of Baoluo in Wenchang County is very famous, but because the noodles in Baoluo are a little coarser than "Hainan noodles", it is also called "coarse noodle soup" in various places in northern Hainan.

The protein content in Jiaji duck meat is 34%, which is much higher than that in pork, chicken and beef. The fat content is only about 12%, which is 8% less than that in Beijing duck. But this is not the lowest. It is even less than that in goose and grass duck.

Hele Crab: One of Hainan's most famous traditional dishes, it is one of the "Four Famous Hainan Dishes" along with Wenchang Chicken, Jiaji Duck and Dongshan Mutton. Hele crab is produced in Hele Town, Wanning City, Hainan Province. Its shell is very hard, but it is famous for its fat meat and rich roe. There are various ways to cook Hele crab, but steaming is the best method, which ensures its original freshness and beauty of color and shape.
