How to make Mango Oreo Yogurt Mousse

If we want to live happily, we must first have a healthy body, and maintaining health requires some effort from diet. In daily life, we should take three meals a day seriously. Mango Oreo Yogurt Mousse is simple to make and not troublesome at all. It is a good choice for those who want to be healthy but are afraid of trouble.

1. First, crush the Oreo cookies and add butter and mix well. Put them into a six-inch mold that can be demolded, flatten and compact them, then put them in the refrigerator to freeze!

2. Whip the cream until it is 70% to 80% whipped, and add mango and sugar into the cream according to your preference! Pour in the yogurt and stir slightly!

3. Take the mold out of the refrigerator, put 4-6 pieces of gelatin into a little hot water to melt, after melting, cool two-thirds of it, put it into the butter and stir, then pour it into the mold!

4. Add the mango juice into the remaining gelatin! Pour over the cream! Put it in the refrigerator for 4.5 hours and it’s done!

To make this dish, you don’t need to control the heat or have profound cooking skills. It only takes less than half an hour to enjoy the delicious food.
