How to stir-fry straw mushrooms?

The nutritional value of straw mushrooms is very high. Straw mushrooms are a type of fungus that can be eaten in many ways. They can be made into soup or stir-fried. Stir-fried straw mushrooms is a home-cooked dish. Depending on your personal taste, you can add some green or red peppers or oyster sauce during the stir-frying process, and then add some starch to thicken it.

Straw mushrooms are nutritious and delicious. Every 100g of fresh mushrooms contains 207.7mg of vitamin C, 2.6g of sugar, 2.68g of crude protein, 2.24g of fat, and 0.91g of ash. Straw mushroom protein contains 18 kinds of amino acids, of which essential amino acids account for 40.47-44.47%. In addition, it also contains various mineral elements such as phosphorus, potassium, and calcium.

Preparation method 1

1. Wash the straw mushrooms and cut them into two pieces.

2. Heat up a pan with oil and stir-fry the straw mushrooms.

3. Add appropriate amount of light soy sauce, water and a few slices of ginger and simmer for two minutes.

4. Before serving, add appropriate amount of salt and chicken essence for seasoning, and some water starch to thicken.

Method 2

1. Wash and slice the straw mushrooms and blanch them. Cut the shiitake mushrooms into thick slices. Do not throw away the shiitake mushroom stems. Wash and cut them into small dices for later use.

Slice the cucumber and set aside.

2. Heat oil in a pan, first add the mushroom stems and stir-fry, then add the mushrooms and stir-fry until soft, then add the straw mushrooms and stir-fry.

Add salt to taste. If it is too dry, add some boiled water, put in the cucumber, stir well and then add some water.

Thicken with starch and serve!

ps: Avoid adding MSG or chicken essence for seasoning, as it will cover up the flavor of the ingredients themselves.
