Garlic cold preserved egg tofu recipe

1. Wash the ingredients in the picture

2. Peel the preserved eggs, slice them and place them on a plate, leaving some space in the middle and put the tofu. (One preserved egg is cut into four slices vertically)

3. Cut the tofu into cubes

4. Place the preserved egg in the middle of the plate

5. Chop red pepper, garlic and onion.

6. Put the chopped garlic, red pepper and onion on top of the tofu.

7. Take a small dish and put salt, pepper and chicken powder into it.

8. Add vinegar and mix well

9. Pour the mixed seasoning onto the tofu.

10. Add some sesame oil

11. Heat the rapeseed oil in a pan until it is 70% hot and turn off the heat.

12. Pour the hot oil over the red pepper, garlic and onion.

13. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for more than an hour.

14. Take it out and eat it immediately
