How to make oil-free and low-sugar yogurt cake

1.12 Weigh the yogurt and put it in a bowl (homemade yogurt is used, the ingredients of the Yijiyou brand are very natural and taste very good)

4.2 After the four egg yolks are mixed, the color is golden and looks very beautiful. Sieve low flour and corn starch through a sieve and mix evenly with a rubber spatula.

5. The separated egg white should be placed in a clean bowl without oil or water, preferably a stainless steel bowl.

6. Use a whisk to beat until large bubbles appear (fish-eye bubbles), add one-third of sugar, continue beating, add one-third of sugar when it becomes thick, then add the last one-third of sugar when it becomes white foam, and beat until dry foam appears (there should be a small pointed corner on the egg white that can stand up after the whisk is lifted). The egg white batter is done!

7. Add one-third of the egg white paste to the egg yolk paste, gently cut and mix with a rubber spatula, then pour it into the egg white bowl and mix with the remaining egg whites.

8. Use tin foil to cover the bottom of the removable bottom cake mold and flatten it (you can also omit this, but it will be difficult to take out the cake in the end). Pour the mixed cake batter into the mold and tap it on the table a few times to shake out the big bubbles.

9. Preheat the oven to 160 degrees a few minutes in advance (the temperature of each oven is different, you can lower it a few degrees first. Try it more and you will know.) Put a baking tray of water on the bottom layer of the oven, and put a baking net on the middle and lower layers.

10. After preheating, put the cake pan into the oven and bake for about an hour. It looks so tempting after baking!

11. You can make some simple decoration, pour some yogurt on it, put some fruits, and pair it with a glass of Baileys. It is a beautiful little taste.
