7. Dice the yellow peach and mix it with half of the whipped cream. Add a quarter of the melted gelatin sheets and stir well. Pour into molds and place in the freezer until almost solidified. Add the mixed matcha mousse in turn and place in the freezer to solidify the surface. Add the gelatin mixture to the strawberry mousse and freezer to solidify. Add the remaining half of the whipped cream to the gelatin liquid and mix well. Follow the same steps as above.

8. Add QQ sugar to strawberry juice and melt over water.

9. After the melted QQ candy cools down, pour it into the mold. Refrigerate for 12 hours.
