How to cook scallops and tofu

1. Add scallions, ginger and rice wine to the scallops.

10. Heat the wok, add appropriate amount of cooking oil, coat the tofu with egg liquid and put it into the wok.

11. Put the tofu into the pot and arrange it neatly.

12. Fry the tofu until it is set, turning it over once during the cooking process.

13. Pour the dried scallops and the original soup into the pot and simmer over low heat for 3 minutes.

14. Pour the sauce into the pot and shake the spatula at the same time so that the sauce can be evenly spread.

15. After the sauce has become gelatinized, use a spatula to scoop out the tofu and place it on a plate.

16. Sprinkle some chopped green onions on the tofu while it is still hot and serve. The operation is complete.

The dish of scallop pot-fried tofu may seem complicated, but if you put your heart into it, you can make it right in just a few tries. In addition, if you give yourself some special care every now and then, your mood will improve and you will naturally be healthier.
