2. Add raisins and stir again for about 5 minutes.

3. Take out the dough, take a plate, brush the bottom with oil, put the dough in for the first fermentation, about 60 minutes. (It was a hot day, so it only took me 45 minutes).

4. Take out the dough that has been fermented to twice its size, and press it lightly with both hands to expel the large bubbles inside. Divide the dough into 9 equal portions of about 50-55 grams each, roll them into balls, cover with plastic wrap and let them relax for 10 minutes.

5. Apply butter to the tin foil tray to prevent sticking, and evenly place 9 small dough pieces into the mold.

6. Place it in a warm and humid place for a second fermentation for about 40 minutes (it was hot, so I only took 30 minutes) until the dough ferments to 1.5 times its size.

7. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Brush the surface of the bread with egg wash, sprinkle with a little black sesame seeds, and place 3 almonds on each dough.

8. Place in the middle layer of the oven.

9. Bake for about 15 minutes until the surface is golden brown.
