Beef, Onion and Carrot Buns

When you are away from home, you can't eat home-cooked meals, and you start to miss the meals you used to dislike every day. In fact, a dish like beef, scallion and carrot buns is suitable for you when you are away from home. The ingredients required for this dish are relatively common, and the method is simple. It can be completed in half an hour, allowing you to feel the taste of home.

1. First, put a handful of dough in a bowl, soak the yeast and add the powdered sugar to the dough. Take half a pound of warm water at 40 degrees and add it to the dough to knead it. After kneading, let it sit for two minutes and knead it again. After 10 minutes, the dough will be ready.

2. Change the knife, chop the scallions and carrots into small pieces while the meat filling is ready, blanch the carrots in hot water, and chop the ginger.

3. To make the filling, first add water to the meat filling three times to make it firm, then add oil, soy sauce, salt, thirteen spices, ginger, chicken essence and sesame oil and mix well. Add onions and carrots and mix well.

4. Roll the fermented dough into a piece slightly larger than the dumpling and wrap it in a dough.

5. Steam in a steamer for 15 minutes and then remove from the heat.

It's nice to go to a restaurant occasionally to change your taste, but it's best not to go there too often. The recipe for beef, scallion and carrot buns is simple, so it doesn't matter if you're not a good cook.
