How to make spicy fried potatoes

2. Heat oil in a pan until it is 70% to 80% hot, put in potato cubes (drain the water from the potatoes) and fry until the potatoes change color and retain their shells. Remove from the pan and put the remaining oil in an empty bowl for use in next cooking.

3. Wash the pot, heat it up, put in the fat, fry until the meat changes color and becomes dry, add Pixian bean paste, ginger, garlic, small red pepper, and small green pepper, stir-fry over low heat, add potatoes, salt, MSG, chicken essence, cook until cooked, pour in water starch (pour dark soy sauce into the water starch for color), add coriander and green onion, and the delicious spicy fried potatoes will appear.
