How to make spicy and sour lotus root

1. Peel the lotus root and cut into strips.

2. Cut the green pepper into shreds.

3. Cut the ginger into shreds.

4. Cut the dried chili into two pieces.

5. Marinate the lotus root strips with a small spoonful of salt for a while.

6. After squeezing dry, place it on a plate and put shredded ginger, green pepper and chopped pepper on top.

7. Put a large spoonful of peanut oil in the pot, put the dried chili segments in and stir-fry until they turn yellow and then remove them.

8. Pour the prepared chili oil on the chopped pepper on top of the lotus root strips.

10. Pour the sweet and sour sauce on the lotus root strips and refrigerate them for half an hour. It will be better if refrigerated for a longer time.
