Method 1

Main ingredients: 500g wheat flour, half a pumpkin, 2 green onions.

Auxiliary materials: 2g yeast powder, appropriate amount of salt, appropriate amount of peanut oil, appropriate amount of soy sauce, appropriate amount of thirteen spices, appropriate amount of MSG. 1. Add yeast to flour, knead into dough, and ferment at room temperature until it doubles in size.

2. While waiting, you can make the filling and wash the green pumpkin. 3. Take half a pumpkin and cut it into thin strips with a shredder. 4. Add more salt and stir evenly to release the moisture from the pumpkin. 5. If you feel that it is soaking too slowly, you can rub it with your hands. 6. Squeeze out the water from the rubbed pumpkin and place it on a plate. 7. Dice the green onion and chop the pumpkin. 8. Ingredients: 300 grams of flour, 100 grams of pumpkin, 3 grams of yeast, a little white sugar, 500 grams of leeks, 3 eggs, 50 grams of vermicelli, and 30 grams of dried shrimp. Seasoning: appropriate amount of salad oil, 4 grams of fine salt, 2 grams of five-spice powder, and 3 grams of MSG.

1. Wash the pumpkin, remove the stem, pulp and skin, and steam it in a steamer until cooked.

2. Add yeast, sugar and salt into flour and mix well. Add steamed pumpkin and a little warm water and stir into cotton-like state. Knead into dough and place in a warm place to rise for about 2 hours.

1.5g yeast powder, 240g water, 3g refined salt, 1 scallion, 1.5g steamed bun seasoning powder, 5g light soy sauce, 2g dark soy sauce, 3g sesame oil, 0.5g ginger powder, 2g + 3g cooking oil

After mixing the yeast powder with water, pour it into the flour and make a slightly soft dough. Let the sugar ferment for 20 minutes.
