How to make two-color chiffon honey bean cake

The two-color chiffon and sweet bean cake is simple and easy to learn. It is a must-have for office workers. It is a nutritious and delicious dish. If you are tired of eating in restaurants, you might as well cook it yourself and enjoy the delicious food.

1. Separate the egg yolk and egg white using an egg separator and put them into two oil-free and water-free containers respectively!

2. Add 25 grams of white sugar to the egg yolks and beat until the sugar melts!

3. Add corn oil and milk and continue stirring!

4. Stir well and add sifted flour!

5. Stir into a fine egg yolk paste!

6. When the egg whites are beaten with a whisk until they become coarse bubbles, add 20 grams of sugar and two drops of white vinegar and continue beating!

7. When the foam becomes gradually fine, add 20 grams of white sugar and continue beating!

8. When the foam is fine, add the last 20 grams of sugar!

9. Keep beating until the whisk becomes sharp and the egg whites are ready!

10. First take a part of the meringue and add it into the egg yolk paste and mix! (Don’t draw circles, just stir)

11. Add the egg whites into the egg yolk paste in three times. This is the mixed cake batter!

12. Pour out half of the mixed cake batter and add cocoa powder and mix well!

13. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees in advance, pour the mixed cocoa cake batter into an eight-inch mold and gently shake out the bubbles, and bake in the oven at 140 degrees for 10 minutes!

14. Add the remaining original cake batter to the candied beans and mix well!

15. Ten minutes later, the surface of the cocoa cake has gradually solidified!

16. Gently pour the original cake batter on top and smooth it out. Do not shake it because the bottom is not fully cooked yet! Bake in the oven at 120 degrees for one hour!

17. Take it out after one hour!

18. After taking it out, turn it upside down immediately to leave some space underneath!

19. After cooling, remove from the mold and a perfect chiffon cake is ready!
