How to make braised vegetarian meat

Pour in the tofu and stir-fry quickly until the tofu is coated with sugar color, then add water until the water is basically level with the tofu, pour in 1.5 tablespoons of light soy sauce, 1 teaspoon of dark soy sauce, sprinkle some pepper, and 1 tablespoon of cooking wine, boil over medium heat for about 5 minutes, then turn to high heat to reduce the sauce. When the sauce is thick, serve on a plate and place it in the center of the circle formed by the baby cabbage.
