Easy roast chicken recipe

Cooking by yourself is indeed a very happy thing. Only people who can cook can understand this. Here is a simple method of roasting chicken. You can make it yourself.

1. Main ingredients: cut the chicken into pieces and clean it, wash the potatoes and cut them into strips (please ignore my poor knife skills)

2. Wash the cucumber and cut into long strips, wash the mushrooms and cut into half, cut the onion into pieces, peel and wash the garlic, slice the ginger, wash the shallots and coriander and set aside

3. The authentic Chongqing chili made by my colleague is fragrant and spicy. I almost finished a whole bottle!

4. Heat the pan, add oil, peppercorns, salt, and secret chili powder, stir-fry

5. Add garlic and some onions and sauté until fragrant

6. Stir-fry for a while, then add the chicken and fry until the chicken changes color and is covered with chili peppers.

7. Add the potato strips one by one and continue to stir-fry. Add the mushrooms after a while. The mushrooms are easy to cook.

8. After stir-frying for a while, add cold water to cover the chicken, cover the pot and bring to a boil.

9. After boiling, add cucumber and remaining onion and cook over medium heat for another ten minutes.

10. Turn off the heat, add green onions and coriander and simmer for a while to enhance the flavor!

11. Remove from the pan and serve!

12. It made a grand debut, it may not look very good, but it tastes very tasty! The chicken is tender and the side dishes are flavorful enough to go with rice. It is super delicious. The method is also simple and the ingredients are ordinary!
