2. Separate the egg whites and yolks of 2 eggs and put the egg whites into a clean container without water or oil.

3. Add a few drops of white vinegar to the egg white and beat until it becomes dry foam. During the beating process, add two-thirds of the white sugar in three times.

4. Add the remaining sugar to the egg yolks, beat into a light yellow paste, and add 60ml of milk

5. Add a spoonful of oil to the egg yolk paste and stir evenly

6. Add 50g of self-raising flour to the egg yolk paste

7. Add appropriate amount of coconut powder (I added about 20g), stir into a paste, and set aside

8. Take two-thirds of the beaten egg white and add it to the egg yolk batter twice, cutting and mixing evenly after each addition.

9. Then pour the egg yolk batter into the remaining one-third of egg white and mix well.

10. Take a clean container, apply oil on the inner wall, and pour the cake batter into the container)

11. Put the cake batter into the steamer, steam it on high heat for 20 minutes after it starts to steam, then turn off the heat and simmer for 5 minutes before serving.
