How to make peanut butter noodles

Ingredients: Thai vermicelli, fillet steak (cut into strips and marinate with cornstarch, salt and cooking wine for 30 minutes), mushrooms (soak until soft and cut into strips), chives (cut into sections), eggs (fry into egg skin and cut into strips), Thai peanut powder (add half a cup of water, two tablespoons of oil, one tablespoon of sugar, one tablespoon of soy sauce, one tablespoon of chili powder, cook over low heat for ten minutes until thick), a little oyster sauce, light soy sauce, and cooking wine

1. Boil Thai vermicelli in boiling water for 3 minutes, remove from the water, rinse with cold water, drain and set aside. Heat two tablespoons of oil, add beef, mushrooms, oyster sauce and soy sauce and stir-fry quickly over high heat until evenly mixed; add leeks and cooking wine, stir-fry for a few times and remove from heat.

2. Add a packet of Thai-style peanut powder, half a cup of water, two tablespoons of oil, one tablespoon of sugar, one tablespoon of soy sauce, and one tablespoon of chili powder, and cook over low heat for ten minutes until thick.

1. Bring water to a boil, cook noodles and remove from heat when cooked. The noodles here should be chewy. Noodles like longxu noodles and yangchun noodles are not acceptable.
