Lebanese sesame grilled fish recipe

1. Apply 30ml olive oil to the fish, sprinkle with fine salt and some freshly ground black pepper, and bake at 220 degrees for 20-25 minutes

4. Heat some olive oil in a pan and chopped garlic

5. Add chopped parsley and mint leaves

6. Meanwhile, in another pot, fry sesame seeds (90ml) until golden brown, and grind them in a spice grinder until they are finely ground.

7. 15ml sesame oil, 90ml crushed sesame seeds, 30ml light cream, 80ml water, 3ml fine salt, appropriate amount of freshly ground black pepper, and mix with the chopped parsley, mint and garlic.

8. Stir evenly and heat until it becomes a viscous paste

9. Spread sesame sauce on the grilled fish and sprinkle with chopped raw tomatoes for garnish.
