1. Cut the chicken legs into small pieces, chop the peppers, and cut the steamed buns into long strips.

2. Heat some oil in a pan, add 2 star anise and garlic and sauté until fragrant.

3. Add chili and stir-fry.

4. Add chicken thighs and stir-fry.

5. Add appropriate amount of light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, cooking wine, sugar, salt and 1 spoon of oyster sauce and stir-fry for about 3 minutes.

6. Finally, add clean water, the amount of water should cover the chicken legs.

7. Cover tightly and cook until the sauce is absorbed. While the chicken legs are cooking, fry the buns in another small pot.

8. Add appropriate amount of oil in a small pot and heat it up. Fry the buns until golden brown and place them on a plate.

9. Place the cooked chicken legs on the plate with the steamed buns.
