How to stir-fry fish

Now that people’s lives are better, they have become more careful about what they eat. In the past, people ate to fill their stomachs. Nowadays people eat it to prolong their life. 1. Separate the fish head, tail and boney parts from the fish meat.

2. Add minced garlic and ginger into the chopped fish and marinate for about ten minutes, then add pepper powder and bean powder and set aside.

3. Cut the onion, ginger, garlic, pepper, star anise, galangal, kimchi, dried chili pepper and green chili pepper into dices or minced.

4. Add rapeseed oil, and when the oil has no raw smell, add the marinated fish and fry until golden brown.

5. Remove from the water and set aside.

6. Leave a little oil in the pan.

7. Add the seasoning prepared in step 3 and stir-fry until fragrant.

8. Add the fried fish and stir-fry until fragrant.

9. Add salt, pepper and thirteen spices in turn and stir well. Turn off the heat and add MSG. (When adding salt, you can add vinegar or not.)
