1. Peel and clean the taro, then cut into slightly thick slices.

5. Continue frying the taro for 4 minutes. Be careful to be gentle so as not to break the taro. Taro sticks to the pan easily. When the surface of the taro is slightly crusty and the aroma comes out, add salt and MSG and remove from the pan.
