How to Stew Pork Belly

There are actually many things to pay attention to when it comes to making a good dish. Of course, cooking is not as difficult as everyone imagines. Everything is difficult at the beginning. First prepare the ingredients and seasonings, and then start stewing pork belly.

1. Cut the pork belly into pieces and blanch it, then fry it in a frying pan over low heat, trying to fry all four sides until golden brown.

6. Put the onion into the pot, and add a small amount of red wine, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, and rock sugar. Adjust the proportion of these seasonings according to your taste, cover the lid, and simmer over low heat.

7. Take out the carrots and cut them into pieces

8. Add carrots after simmering for 20 minutes

9. Peel and cut potatoes into cubes

10. Add carrots and 20 minutes later add potatoes

11. Dried herbs taste fresher if they are fresh

12. Sprinkle some herbs

13. Remove the stems of the red bell pepper and cut into pieces

14. When the potatoes are soft, add the red bell pepper and cook for one or two minutes.
