How to make nutritionally balanced wheat dumplings

1. First, use cold water to mix the dough. Add water little by little. If there is too much water, it will become mushy. Also add some salt. A little bit is enough.

2. Slowly knead the dough into a soft dough. If it is too hard, you won’t be able to make dumpling wrappers.

3. After kneading the dough, place it in a warm place. Then start making the meat filling. Cut the pork, mushrooms and celery leaves and put them into the meat grinder. It is best to add some salt now to make the meat taste fresher.
