Homemade fried taro recipe

1. Prepare the materials.

2. Peel the taro and cut it into thin slices of uniform thickness. Put it in hot water to remove the starch on the surface, then remove it and drain the water;

3. Cut onion into strips; cut red pepper into strips; mince garlic; cut ginger into strips; cut green onion into chopped green onion;

4. Pour oil into the pot, bring to a boil, then fry the taro until slightly golden;
