How to make sizzling chicken rice

We often see food shows on TV and make ourselves envious. Here is how to make teppanyaki chicken rice. Prepare the ingredients and start cooking.

1. Defrost the chicken breast and loosen it by patting it with the back of a knife on both sides (you can use a meat hammer).

6. Heat a frying pan, pour in a little olive oil (salad oil), and fry the chicken breast until both sides are golden brown.

7. Slice the chicken breast. (If the chicken pieces are small, you can leave the iron plate open and not cut them).

8. Heat a frying pan, pour in a little olive oil, add green beans, corn and carrots, and fry them slightly.

9. Put the iron plate on the fire, turn on low heat first, spread the purple cabbage shreds on the iron plate, and place the chicken breast on top. Put the rice into a bowl, press it down, and place it on the iron plate. Top with green beans, corn kernels, carrot slices and a beaten egg. Turn on the fire and heat the iron plate until the bottom of the rice turns yellow and the bottom of the egg turns golden brown. (The eggs will still be cooked if you turn them over after removing them from the heat, so don’t worry.).
