1. Prepare a grass carp, remove the scales, gills and internal organs, and clean it.

2. Then cut into large pieces.

3. Then add onion, ginger, pepper powder, appropriate amount of starch and flour, mix well and marinate for 20 minutes.

4. Put an appropriate amount of peanut oil in the pot. When the oil temperature reaches 50% to 60% hot, put in the fish pieces and fry them.

9. Remove from the pan and serve.
