How to make colorful fried rice noodles

1.12 Ingredients: rice noodles, half a carrot, green vegetables, red pepper, ham, shrimp (the shrimp is thawed and not photographed)

3.1 Cut the red pepper, carrot, and ham into strips, and mince the green onion, ginger, and garlic (only garlic is left). Time is tight in the morning, so cut the strips thicker.

4.2 Rub the thawed shrimps with salt first, and a lot of mucus will be rubbed out. Then rinse it clean, add cooking wine, salt and cornstarch to marinate.

5. Heat oil in a pan, add a little more oil, sauté scallions, ginger and garlic, add softened rice noodles and stir-fry for a while to loosen them up. Don't let them clump together so they won't absorb the flavor.

6. Add the chopped carrots, red peppers and ham and stir-fry for a while.

7. Rinse the marinated shrimps, drain the water, pour into the pan and stir-fry evenly.

8. Drizzle in a little soy sauce.

9. Add appropriate amount of salt and sugar, stir-fry evenly, add a little boiling water and stir-fry continuously for half a minute.

10. Add the washed vegetables and continue to stir-fry.

11. Stir-fry until the vegetables are cooked and serve. If you like chicken essence, sprinkle some chicken essence before serving.
