How to make spicy dry pot spareribs

1.1 Cut the pepper into sections and set aside.

4.2 Cut the dried chili into sections and put about 30 peppercorns (together with the garlic and ginger slices) for later use.

5. Put the starch into a plate and set aside. Pour oil into the pan and heat it over high heat, then turn to low heat. Coat the ribs with a layer of dry starch, fry them in the pan for 10 minutes, drain the oil and set aside.

6. Heat some oil in the pan over high heat, then turn to medium heat, add 1 tablespoon of fermented black beans, dried chili peppers, Sichuan peppercorns, ginger and garlic slices, and stir-fry until fragrant.

7. Add green and red peppers, pork ribs, onions and green onions and stir-fry evenly.

8. Turn to low heat, add 4 spoons of cooking wine, 2 spoons of sugar and 1/2 spoon of salt and stir well.

9. Turn off the heat, serve on a plate and sprinkle with sesame seeds. You are done.
