1. Prepare the chicken wings, which were marinated yesterday.

8. Put the eggplant in the pot, bring to a boil over high heat, then cover the pot and cook slowly until cooked.

9. After about ten minutes, when the juice is almost reduced, sprinkle a little salt, mix well and turn off the heat.

10. Take out of the pot and serve on a plate. Add a few wolfberries for garnish.
