How to make braised chicken wings with oyster sauce

6. Taste the food and add one-third teaspoon of salt and half teaspoon of pepper. Don't make it too salty. Season it to a lighter taste than you like because the sauce needs to be reduced.

7. When collecting the sauce, turn the chicken wings over first, and then turn them over when the sauce is almost dry, so that both sides will have beautiful color. The sticky soup wrapped around the chicken wings is very tempting. Just add some chicken essence to enhance the flavor.
