How to make dry fried fish

1.1 Use a knife to make several diagonal cuts.

2.2 Wash the skinned fish and cut off the surrounding fish wings with scissors.

3. Put the chopped onion, ginger, garlic, cooking wine, soy sauce, five-spice powder and chicken stock in a container and marinate for 30 minutes, turning it over several times in between.

4. Sprinkle starch evenly on the skinned fish.

5. Add more oil to the pan and heat it until many bubbles appear when you insert chopsticks into it. Then you can fry the meat in the pan. Fry on medium heat for about five to six minutes until both sides are golden brown. It can be eaten after dry frying.
