Simple soup recipes

Soup is an essential nutritious diet for every family, especially in the south of my country, where soup is the main food. Various simple soup recipes are also popular choices. Drinking soup can increase the body's immunity and is very effective for health. The health-preserving soups we usually drink, such as longan, red dates and white fungus soup, are not only simple to make, but also suitable for people of all ages and full of nutrition.

Homemade soup recipes

1. [Longan, Red Dates, Tremella Soup]

Ingredients: Tremella, red dates, longan, rock sugar, water

Method: 1. Soak the Tremella in clean water, cut off the stem and tear it into small pieces.

2. Soak the red dates and longans in clean water, then wash and drain.

3. Pour longan, red dates and white fungus into the pressure cooker, add water and rock sugar.

4. Cover the pot, turn to low heat after the steam comes out, and cook for 20-25 minutes.

2. This is how pork rib soup is nutritious

Main ingredients: white radish, pork ribs, ginger slices, star anise, and onions.

Method: Cut the radish into slices about 3 cm thick;

Boil the ribs in boiling water, then rinse with cold water to remove oil and blood;

③Fill the soup pot with water, put the ribs in cold water, add ginger slices, star anise, onion and a little cooking wine, and cook in a pressure cooker for 20 minutes;

Pour into the soup pot, remove the foam, and add the radish; ⑤ Add salt after another 20 minutes

3. Melon and mushroom chicken soup

Method: 1. Wash 30g dried mushrooms and soak them in water until soft; wash 200g chicken thighs and set aside;

2. Take a pot, add 50g of squash, chicken thighs, soaked dried mushrooms, 15g of soy sauce and 800ml of water, put it into the pressure cooker and steam for five minutes.

4. [Mung Bean, Lotus Seed and Barley Porridge for Nourishing Liver and Detoxifying]

1. Spread the coix seeds and remove the black kernels and impurities;

2. Pick out bad beans and impurities from mung beans;

3. Check and core the lotus seeds one by one;

4. Mix the three ingredients, wash them, soak them in water for 2 hours and then cook the soup.

5. [Enamel Mushroom and Clam Soup]

Method: 1. Remove the roots of the enoki mushrooms, wash them, blanch them in salt water and set aside;

2. Wash and slice the ginger;

3. Pour the broth into the pot, add the clams after spitting out the sand, cut the tofu into pieces, add them to cook together, then add the enoki mushrooms and ginger slices;

4. After the clam shells open, add salt to taste, turn off the heat, and sprinkle with pepper.

5. Put the soaked rice and beans into the pot and add water, the water level should be 5cm higher than the rice;

6. Bring to a boil over high heat, then turn to low heat and cook until the barley is soft. Add honey after it cools down a little.

6. Spring Bamboo Shoots and Ham Soup

Peel and cut fresh spring bamboo shoots into dice. Add a little salt to the pot, bring the water to a boil, add the spring bamboo shoots and blanch for 2 minutes, then remove from the pot and soak in cold water for later use. The bamboo shoots processed in this way will no longer have a bitter taste. Dice fresh mushrooms and slice ham. Pour cold water into the pot, add mushrooms and ham slices and cook for 10 minutes. Then add spring bamboo shoots and cook for two minutes.

7. Hericium erinaceus and pork ribs soup

Ingredients: spareribs, hericium, gourd, onion, ginger, salt,

Method: 1. Heat oil in a pan and add ginger to sauté until fragrant

2 Fry the ribs until they change color

3 Pour the pressure cooker

4Put the pressure cooker in water and add onion to boil. Cook for 20 minutes and then turn off the heat.

5. Wash the Hericium erinaceus

6Tear into small pieces by hand and soak until the Hericium erinaceus becomes soft

7. Boil it in water and remove the bitter taste.

8 Pour Hericium erinaceus into the pork ribs soup

9 Cut the gourd into rolling knife shape and cook until the gourd is cooked, add a little salt

8. Tomato, Cabbage and Beef Soup

Wash the tomatoes and cut into cubes; wash the cabbage and cut into thin slices; wash the beef and cut into thin slices. 2. Place the pot on the fire, put in the beef, add water until the beef is covered, bring to a boil over high heat, skim off the foam, then add lard and cooking wine and cook. 3. When the beef is almost cooked, add tomatoes and cabbage and stew until the vegetables are cooked, add salt and MSG, and stew for a while.
