    Ingredients: eggs, spinach, vermicelli, salt, soy sauce

  2. Remove the stems and seeds of the green peppers and blanch them in boiling water for 1 minute. Remove them from the water and rinse them in cold water. Gently squeeze out the water and chop them into small pieces.

  3. If the corn kernels are not sweet corn or cooked corn kernels, they should be boiled in water before use. Cut the shrimp into small pieces.

  4. Put the minced meat into a container, add soy sauce, pepper powder, salt and cooking wine, and beat it in one direction. Then add an appropriate amount of clean water and beat it into the minced meat. The amount of clean water should be determined according to the moisture content of the green pepper. The minced meat should be moist and sticky.

  5. Add shrimp, corn kernels, green pepper, chopped green onion, minced ginger, salad oil and sesame oil and mix well. The filling is ready.
