How to make crispy jellyfish skin

During the holidays, I believe everyone will go back to visit their elderly parents. This is a sign of care and filial piety. There are many ways to honor your parents, the best one is to accompany them quietly and cook something delicious for them yourself. Next, let me take you to learn about the fresh and crispy jellyfish skin

1. Cut the jellyfish skin into small strips, wash it repeatedly with clean water, and soak it in clean water until the astringency and saltiness are removed.

2. Pour water into the pot and add ginger slices and bring to a boil. When the water cools to about 70 to 80 degrees, put in the jellyfish skin and blanch it. Take it out after a few seconds. The time should not be too long.

3. Take it out and soak it in ice water (or cold boiled water) for a while.

4. Wash the cucumber. (I grew this on my balcony, so I didn’t peel it)

5. Take half of it and cut it into small strips.

6. Chop the garlic into fine powder and put it into a bowl.

7. Heat oil in a pan.

8. After heating, pour into the minced garlic and stir.

9. Then add MSG, vinegar, sesame oil and chicken essence and mix well.

10. Squeeze the jellyfish skin dry and place in a bowl.

11. Add cucumber strips.

12. Pour the mixed seasoning into a bowl, add coriander and mix well.

13. Serve on a plate, sprinkle with roasted white sesame seeds and enjoy.
