1. Potato Omelette

1.Main ingredients: 1 potato, 2 eggs, 3 tablespoons flour

3. Seasoning: 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon cumin powder, pepper

4. Steps:

07: Preheat the pan slightly and brush a thin layer of oil on it. Change to medium-low heat and add a little potato and egg paste to flatten the bottom of the pan. (Thickness depends on your preference)

08: After about 2 minutes, the bottom of the pancake is cooked. Shake the pan and the pancake will leave the bottom of the pan.

09: Turn over and continue frying.

Don’t add too much water to the bowl. If you add too much, you will need to add more flour, and the fried pancakes will not be fragrant enough. If you are working right away, you can also shred the potatoes directly and add them to the eggs. Before making the pancake, don't heat the pan too hot. If it is too hot, the batter will cook as soon as it enters the pan and will not flow, making it more difficult to spread out.

2. Shrimp Rice Balls

1. Ingredients: rice, corn dregs, live shrimp, sushi vinegar, and seaweed.

2. Method:

02. Wash the rice and corn residue, pour them into the rice cooker and add appropriate amount of water.

03. Cook into rice and set aside.

3. Zucchini Paste

1. Ingredients: 1 zucchini, 2 eggs, appropriate amount of flour, 1 handful of dried shrimp.

2. Seasoning: 1 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon five-spice powder

3. Steps

01: Prepare zucchini, eggs and dried shrimps.

02: Prepare appropriate amount of flour.

03: Wash and shred the zucchini and put it in a bowl. Add 1 teaspoon of salt, mix well and let it stand for a while. Marinate until the zucchini becomes soft and juicy.

04: Add dried shrimps, eggs, 1/2 teaspoon of five-spice powder and mix well.

05: Add appropriate amount of flour. (I used a little more than 5 tablespoons)

06: Stir evenly into a thick batter.

07: Add appropriate amount of oil to the pan, heat it slightly and then turn to low heat. Pour in appropriate amount of mixed batter and spread it flat and thin with a spatula.

08: When the bottom of the pancake is cooked, the edges of the surface will also solidify.

09: At this time, gently shake the pan so that the pancake can move freely.

4. Apple Omelette

1. Ingredients: 2 eggs, half an apple, a little low-gluten flour, a little cooked black sesame seeds

2. Seasoning: butter and sugar

3. Steps

02: Take half an apple, peel and core it and cut it into small cubes.

03: Melt the butter in a pan.

04: Add chopped apples and a little white sugar.
