10. Pour the cooked dough into a 9-inch iron plate while it is still hot and let it cool. Cover the cooled dough with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour.

11. Take out the soaked chicken breast and tear it into shreds by hand for later use.

12. Refrigerate the dough for 1 hour and then take it out.

13. Place the dough on the chopping board and cut it into barcode discs with a knife.

14. When arranging the noodles on a plate, place the irregular noodles around the cut noodles on the bottom of the plate, and spread the neat noodles on the surface and arrange them neatly.

15. Cut the cucumber into thin strips and add it to the shredded chicken.

16. Pour in appropriate amount of mixed mustard sauce and mix well.

17. Spread the mixed shredded chicken on the vermicelli and sprinkle a little coriander for garnish.

18. Pour the seasoned mustard sauce around the dish and serve.
