7. Pour clean water and bring to a boil over high heat, then move the ribs to the electric pressure cooker. Because the electric pressure cooker hardly emits water vapor, the amount of clean water must be properly controlled. Of course, if you like more soup, you can add more. I added a little more because I wanted to put potatoes in, so the meat would cook faster. Then set it to the stewing level. After taking it out of the pot, I added radish, potatoes, etc. and simmered for about 10 minutes. By the time it was done, the juice in the pot had been almost absorbed by the potatoes. Put it on a plate and sprinkle some chopped green onions on it.

8. Because the pot is stewed with meat, the rice problem is solved in this way. Unfortunately, it is not the sticky rice in the south, and the taste is much worse. I dripped a few drops of peanut oil.

9. When the rice is out of the pot, sprinkle some chopped green onions on it. I didn't add salt to the rice because the beef chops were strong enough. Otherwise, this Cantonese-style oil and salt rice would be good.
