How to make pork and eggplant buns

11. The wrapped buns. Wake up for another 15 minutes.

12. Pour water into the steamer and bring it to a boil. Put the proofed buns on the steamer. Steam for 15 minutes. Turn off the heat and steam for 5 minutes.
