How to make bread machine preserved meat seafood and land family pot stickers

1. Dice the sausage and chicken and set aside.

2. Make a cut on the back of the shrimp and pick out the sand intestine for later use. Add some cooking wine, light soy sauce and cornstarch to the shrimp, then mix evenly and marinate.

3. Only use part of the shrimps, and plan to use the other part for mixing with noodles and stir-frying. Marinate them together, and use the extra part for stuffing when the time comes.

4. Put the sausage and chicken into a blender, add eggs and light soy sauce, blend into a paste and put in the refrigerator. It doesn’t matter if the sausage is not completely mashed, this way you can eat the sausage and it tastes better. (If you want it to be smoother, you can add some cornstarch later.)

5. Put flour 1 and warm water into the bread machine and start the kneading mode. It will take about 15 minutes in total until the dough is smooth.

6. Divide the dough into 10 small balls, each weighing about 28 grams.

7. Divide the prepared stuffing into 10 portions, each with a small piece of sausage.

8. One portion of stuffing is paired with one shrimp.

9. Once wrapped, you can put it in the pot.

10. Fry the bottom for a while, then add water to cover the bottom of each pot sticker, cover with a lid and simmer on low heat for 5 minutes, then add some water and simmer for another 5 minutes. I used 50ml of water in total. When you see the pot stickers skin turn white and swell up, open the lid and turn to medium heat to drain the water. Remember not to use a spatula to shovel it out, but gently shake the pan to let it separate from the bottom. Fry the bottom until it is golden and crispy and then you can remove it from the pan.

11. Take a bite and you can taste the shrimp and the sausage. It is best to pair it with some white vinegar so that you won’t be greasy.
