How to cook squid with five flavors

It's easy to eat, just open your mouth and chew. But making food delicious is difficult, at least most people can't do it. Why does this happen? Because they don't have a good solution. Today, I will teach you some tips on how to cook squid with five flavors.

1. I asked the fish stall owner to help me cut the fresh squid and peel off the skin.

2.1 After slicing the cucumber, blanch it with salt and squeeze out the water. I never throw away the squeezed vegetable water. I use it and can put it in other dishes to eat it.

3.2 Cut the squid into pieces and blanch them in boiling water for more than ten seconds. Take them out and drain them immediately to cool (add onion, ginger and cooking wine to the water to remove the fishy smell).

4. While pickling the cucumbers, slice the carrots as well. If you have time, cut one into flowers. Lightly fry the carrots with a little oil (to help the body absorb carotene). If you like to eat them raw, you can skip this step.

5. After the squid is cooled, add carrots and cucumbers together, pour about two spoons of olive oil on them and mix well.

6. Pour the sauce on top and mix well before eating
