How to make roast duck legs with sauce

2.1 Put the duck legs together with the sauce into a plastic bag, rub them gently through the bag for about 3 minutes, then put them into the refrigerator's fresh-keeping layer and marinate for about 10 hours (basically marinate them the night before and bake them the next day, by then they will be very flavorful).

3.2 Chop the onion and garlic and pour the seasonings (2 tablespoons barbecue sauce, 3 tablespoons light soy sauce, 2 tablespoons dark soy sauce, 3 tablespoons cooking wine, appropriate amount of black pepper and cumin) on the duck legs and spread evenly on both sides.

4. Cover the baking tray with tin foil, take out the marinated duck legs, mix 1 tablespoon of honey with a small amount of warm water, and use a grill brush to evenly brush both sides of the duck legs.

5. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees for 5 minutes, place the duck legs in the middle layer of the oven, bake for 20 minutes, then take out and brush with honey and the sauce of marinated duck legs (as shown above), turn the duck legs over and continue to bake for about 15 minutes (depending on the size of the duck legs).
