Delicious and simple fried sausage

Chinese sausage, also known as salami, is made from pork, diced into cubes and seasoned with various ingredients. It is then stuffed into animal casings and smoked and air-dried. Some of you may not know how to make these shiny red sausages delicious. In fact, Chinese sausage has its own unique flavor and is a great dish to go with rice. In addition to simple stir-frying, it is also delicious when paired with other dishes. Here are some delicious and simple ways to stir-fry Chinese sausages.

1. Fried sausage with snow peas

Ingredients: snow peas, sausage, garlic, salt, chicken essence.

1. Slice the Chinese sausage; remove the heads of the snow peas, shred them and wash them; chop the garlic into a paste and set aside.

2. Heat a small amount of oil in a pan, sauté the minced garlic, add the sausage and stir-fry continuously until the aroma comes out.

3. Pour in snow peas and stir-fry until snow peas are cooked, then sprinkle with salt and chicken essence.

Tips: Snow peas must be fried thoroughly, otherwise it is easy to cause food poisoning.

2. Fried Chinese sausage with dried radish

Ingredients: 100g dried radish, 1 sausage, 3 garlic sprouts, 1 green pepper, 3 garlic cloves, 2 red peppers, 3g sugar, 1.5g chicken essence, 5ml chili soy sauce.

1. Prepare all the ingredients. Soak the dried radish in clean water for a while and then dice it. Dice the sausage, wash and cut the garlic sprouts into sections, slice the garlic, and chop the pepper for later use.

2. Heat oil in a wok and sauté garlic slices and green and red peppers.

3. Pour in the sausage and stir-fry until the sausage becomes transparent.

4. Add dried radish and continue to stir-fry. Add sugar, chili and soy sauce and stir-fry evenly.

5. Add the garlic sprouts and stir-fry. Finally, add a little chicken essence, stir-fry evenly and turn off the heat.

3. Fried Chinese sausage with green beans

Ingredients: 200 grams of green beans, half a sausage, two peppers, and a few cloves of garlic.

1. Slice the sausage; cut the green pepper and green beans into shreds; slice the garlic and set aside.

2. Put a little oil in the pan, put the sausage slices in, and fry over low heat to remove excess fat.

3. When the sausage turns slightly browned, add the green beans , green peppers and garlic slices, and stir-fry over high heat until the green beans change color.

4. Sprinkle appropriate amount of salt and mix well.

5. After the green beans become soft, pour a little water along the edge of the pot, bring to a boil and serve.
