Orange roast duck breast recipe

1.1 Homemade barbecue sauce: 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 1 tablespoon oyster sauce, 1 tablespoon seafood sauce, 1 tablespoon cooking wine, 3 tablespoons sugar, 1 teaspoon minced garlic, 1 small cube of red fermented bean curd (fermented bean curd), honey, salt, five-spice powder, and minced ginger.

2.2 Clean 1 duck breast.

3.1 After loosening the whole duck breast with a meat chisel or the back of a knife, squeeze some lemon juice on it, add homemade barbecue sauce and marinate with salt.

4.2 Prepare 1 orange and homemade barbecue sauce.

5. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 12-24 hours.

6. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees with upper and lower fire. Place marinated duck breasts on a greased baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes, turning over halfway through.

7. While the duck breast is roasting, wash and slice the oranges.

8. Take out the duck breast, slice it after it cools slightly, put the orange slices between the duck breasts and squeeze them tightly; apply a layer of honey barbecue sauce (you can also replace it with a layer of honey), then put it in the oven and bake at 220 degrees for 5 minutes; the baking time can be adjusted according to your own oven.
