How to make barbecue chili sauce

When we eat barbecue, we often brush it with chili sauce. Barbecue grills are also common. Its main ingredients are Mexican hot sauce and ketchup. Barbecue sauce is used to add flavor to the barbecue ingredients. There are many ways to make it and the taste is richer. For example, choosing high-quality chili powder, pepper powder, five-spice powder and other ingredients for production is a common method.

How to make barbecue chili sauce

Method 1

1. Ingredients: 500 grams of pickled peppers, 150 grams of sesame paste, 200 grams of peanut butter, 40 grams of chili oil, 100 grams of garlic kernels, 30 grams of pepper powder, 80 grams of MSG, 1 pack of special fresh No. 1, 100 grams of chicken essence, 20 grams of sugar, and 40 grams of fine salt. 2. Chop the pickled pepper into small pieces, peel and mash the garlic cloves. 3. Use a porcelain container to put sesame paste, peanut butter, garlic froth, pepper powder, special fresh No. 1, chicken essence, sugar, salt, etc. and mix well. 4. Heat vegetable oil until 80% cooked, add pickled pepper and fry until fragrant. Then pour into the prepared ingredients in the porcelain dish, cover with a lid, let it cool down and taste it again. If it is too salty, add some sugar and MSG. If it is too bland, add some salt to make a fragrant sauce.

Method 2 : Prepare the ingredients: Mix the best chili powder, pepper, five-spice powder, sesame seeds and salt and put them in a heat-proof container. Chili powder is definitely the most abundant, and the others are just condiments. You have to figure out how to use them yourself. There are Sichuan peppercorns in the five-spice sauce, but I like more of them. Preparation: Heat a pan of oil (the oil should start to smoke), turn off the heat, and let it sit for 1-3 minutes (cooling down is the key). Then slowly pour the hot oil into the prepared chili powder, stirring the chili powder with chopsticks while pouring (the key is to put a rag under the container to prevent the container from moving), make sure it is even. It is better to use more oil rather than less. The chili powder should be completely covered after cooking.

Ingredients for method three : 2 teaspoons each of soy sauce, sesame oil, black vinegar, and white vinegar, 3 teaspoons of tomato sauce, 1 teaspoon each of minced ginger, minced garlic, and minced chili. Method: Mix all the ingredients evenly. Method 4: 2 teaspoons of minced garlic, 3 teaspoons of soy sauce, 1 teaspoon each of MSG, rice wine, and white vinegar, 1 teaspoon of fine sugar, and appropriate amount of pepper. Method: Mix all the ingredients evenly.
