How to make spiced tofu and radish braised pork

1.12 Ingredients: five-spice dried tofu, carrots, lean meat slices, scallions, onions, and star anise.

2.21 Wash and cut the tofu, carrots and green onions. Marinate the lean meat slices with soy sauce, oyster sauce, pepper and five-spice powder for a while.

3. Add oil to the pan, sauté chopped shallots until slightly charred, then add carrots and stir-fry.

4. Put the dried tofu in the pan and fry until it is slightly colored.

5.12 Pour in the marinated lean meat slices.

6.21 Continue to stir-fry all the ingredients until fragrant, then add appropriate amount of water and boil.

7. Add a spoonful of dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, rock sugar and cooking wine.

8. Stir-fry until fragrant and slightly colored.

9. Cover the pot, turn to low heat and simmer, and add two star anise.

10. Simmer for about half an hour or until the sauce is slightly reduced.

11. Add the scallion segments.

12. Stir-fry quickly and serve.
